The vehicle had 211,231 miles on it at the time. On 09/20/21 the customer brought the vehicle into the budget brakes location on Gallatin pike. I feel as if budget brakes took my money and did nothing for me. He took them off and placed them in my trunk. He said upon farther inspection the rotors did not fit on my car in the front and that they were not meant for my vehicle. I got them fixed this week with LAW Inc mechanic downtown. I drove around with them like this until I was able to save enough money to get them properly done. I was out around $800 dollars and my brakes still were not fixed. When you brake at high speeds the car shakes.

This time I drove away and it was still not fixed. I then took it back and they said they will fix it. I took it back and they said you need rotors on the front also. After driving away and spending nearly $600 dollars it did not feel corrected. They told me I needed new ************* on the back and only new pads & a resurface on the front. I have filed a complaint with Budget Brakes, but no one has bothered to respond. I feel that Budget Brakes should either refund the original price I paid for the work they did, as I think they are using cheap/ after market parts on vehicles, or pay for the new work to be done, as their work hasn't even lasted a year. Fast forward again (less than 8 months later) and the brakes are having the same grinding/ vibration issues as before, so I take it to a local mechanic, and they proceed to tell me I need rotors all around this time, and new pads for a total of $721.21. The technician said I must be riding my brakes for this to happen so soon (I said I am driving like I normally do), and proceeded to angerly redo the work at no cost to me. I take the vehicle back to them on, and was told the new rotors were already warped, and the back one's needed turned again. The work was completed that day, and I continued driving like normal for the next few months until I started getting the same grinding/ vibration as before. I was told I needed pads all for around, rotors on front, and rear rotors turned to the grand total of $688.18. to have a diagnostic, and service for grinding/ vibration. Fast forward to (keep in mind that I have not had issues with the brakes until this date) I take my vehicle to Budget Brakes ******, **.

I have had my vehicle since 2017, and I assume it still had all the factory installed parts on it at the time of purchase.
